Camp Goliath is our Track Out and summer camp for elementary aged kids in Raleigh, NC. At our track out Camp Goliath, kids learn about health,
fitness and nutrition with fun activities, crafts, games and workouts for all levels!
Each track out camp includes a variety of daily activities. Healthy and nutritious snacks are provided daily. Each track out camp also features one field trip and one Olympics style series of CrossFit events!

8am – arrival and drop off 1pm – Fitness Game #2
830am – Fitness Game #1 2pm – Activity and Lesson
9am – Activity and Lesson 3pm – Workout #2
10am – Snack 330pm – Stretch, Cool Down, Quiet Time
1030am – Workout #1 4pm – End of Day
11am – Reading/Studying/Quiet Time 4pm-6pm – Free Time/Childcare
12pm – Lunch/Free Time/PM Arrivals
Camp Goliath Track Out Camps are great for kids of all fitness levels. Whether your child already loves sports and active games or has never done a sport or physical activity, we will teach them to love being active!
