New to CrossFit | Interested in CrossFit?
Your first visit is completely free of charge and can be scheduled any time during our business hours (5am to 8pm). During this session you’ll start with a consultation with one of our coaches first, then you can select a class or try a private session, where we will introduce you to the movements we use in the gym and get you prepared for any class on our schedule.

Our classes include warm up, instruction WOD and cool down. If you’re out of practice, that’s no problem, we average 1 coach for every 10 athletes. Come experience the difference!
