We offer a free trial class to make sure you have the time to get to know us, our athletes and feel confident in your choice of your new gym.
After you’ve decided to join us, the next step is to complete our Fundamentals course.
Our Fundamentals course is a required on ramp program for those with little to no experience with the movements used in CrossFit. This course focuses on the 9 fundamental movements which form the basis of CrossFit. The course is required during your first month of membership while attending CrossFit classes. The course is three to four sessions of one-on-one or small group, learning intensive classes.
The goal of the course is to teach you the mechanics of the movements before entering a class to ensure your safety and to allow our coaches some time to address any flexibility, fitness level, or injury concerns you may have. In addition, Fundamentals helps acclimate you to the gym, our staff and CrossFit as a whole to make sure you have the most fun and get the best results possible!
Classes are typically conducted Thursday from 5:45pm-6:45pm; OR Saturday from 10:30am-11:30am. If for some reason you cannot attend classes at this time, alternate times are available.
